1. All the goods from CharmyLady that the quality guarantee time is 1 year(from the goods have been delivered 1 month later start calculate);

2. During the quality guarantee time, because of the quality(not man-made sabotage and misuse caused), the products couldn't operate normally, the buyer can enjoy the right of quality guarantee service. The buyer have to provide the pictures and videos to show the matter of the products. Our technical department will judge the trouble, and provide the solution. After the confirmation with the buyer, the spare parts will be delivered to buyer for the replacement. And the English version replacement instruction will be provided. The seller will bear the cost of the spare parts, cost of the freight from seller to buyer. The cost of replacement labor will be paid by buyer. Because we sell the integration and modularization products, and provide the replace instruction, every electrician or the common user can do this work. If it still couldn't solve the mater, please check the term 3;

3. During the quality warranty service time, if the remote technical assistance and spare parts still couldn't solve the matter of the products, the buyer have the right to send back the products to the factory to re-newonce we accepted. We will send the re-new ones to the buyer within 15 working days after receive the trouble items. The cost of freightand custom duty from buyer to the factory will be full paid by buyer. The cost of spare parts and maintaining, and the cost of freight from factory to buyer will be full paid by seller;

4. The buyer has the right to buy the extended warranty service. Different fixtures have the different extended warranty service charging standard. Please consult our sales manager or service center;

5. The after-sell service time is 4 years(from the quality guarantee time end to start calculate). Within the after-sell service time, we will still provide the technical support and solution of the products freely, and sell the parts of the products for the maintenance if the products are still selling(not stop manufacture); The buyer will pay the original cost of the spare parts and cost of freight;

6. Every order has this electronic invoice, please keep it well after your purchasing. If not, please ask the sales issue it for you. When you enjoy the after-sales service, you need show the Proforma Invoice to us. After you have confirmed the order, it means you will agree this quality guarantee and after-sales service term. Please know this information well;
