3. 5. The after-sell service time is 4 years(from the quality guarantee time end to start calculate). Within the after-sell service time, we will still provide the technical support and solution of the products freely, and sell the parts of the products for the maintenance if the products are still selling(not stop manufacture); The buyer will pay the original cost of the spare parts and cost of freight;
